Members EHTZ's Disasters work package, Herbert Hambati, Line Engbo Gissel, Hamudi Majamba and Esther Mlingwa are currently conducting their field research in the Kagera region visiting local humanitarian responses to emergency situations. In the pictures the disasters team is visiting the Tanzanian Red Cross Society in Bukoba.
Research in Action
At the time the picture was taken, the Regional Disaster Coordinator had to respond to an unfortunate emergency call on heavy rains and strong winds destroying buildings in Kyerwa.
